In order to continuously strengthen the safety awareness of all employees, improve the ability to prevent and control safety risks, and resolutely build a solid safety line, our company's Yunnan Chuxiong Foundry held a production safety topic and company system training meeting at the company's training center on July 16, 2025. Members of the factory leadership team, heads of various workshop departments and representatives of front-line employees participated in this training.

This training is based on the high-risk characteristics of the foundry industry, such as high temperature, high pressure, heavy object handling, and molten metal splashing. Combined with recent warning cases of safety accidents in the same industry at home and abroad, in-depth analysis and learning were carried out. The training content is closely centered on the core safety risk points:


Risk identification and prevention: Systematically sort out the potential safety hazards of the entire casting process, especially key risk sources such as molten metal burns, mechanical injuries, lifting injuries, dust explosions, and confined space operations.


Procedure relearning and strengthening: Focus on reviewing the safety operating procedures of each position, the safe use and maintenance specifications of equipment, and the correct wearing and use requirements of labor protection supplies.


Improvement of emergency response capabilities: Detailed explanation of the initial emergency response process, escape routes and first aid knowledge (such as burns and trauma treatment) for various accidents (such as fires and injuries).


Safety culture re-adoption: Emphasis on the principle of "safety first, prevention first, and comprehensive management", reaffirmation of the safety responsibility system for all employees, and the requirement to internalize the safety concept and externalize it.

The meeting also interpreted the "Staff Behavior Standard Management System", covering seven major sections: daily behavior standards, work behavior standards, team collaboration standards, daily work management, reward and punishment mechanisms, and system implementation and supervision.

Participants said that the content of this training was close to reality and thought-provoking, which greatly enhanced their own safety awareness and risk response capabilities, and at the same time had a further understanding of the company's management system. After returning to their posts, they will pass on the knowledge they have learned to every colleague and strictly apply it to their daily work to jointly protect the safety lifeline of the company.
