Today, a senior mining equipment purchasing team from Spain visited our company. Our Foreign Trade Director, Technical Director, and Production Manager accompanied and received them throughout the visit, earning high praise from the clients for their professional explanations and meticulous service.

To ensure a successful and efficient reception, the company conducted multi-dimensional preparations in advance. The foundry, heat treatment, finishing, and quality inspection workshops were thoroughly cleaned and organized, and material storage and production lines were standardized. Samples of mill parts made of different materials (high-manganese steel, high-chromium cast iron, and bainitic forged steel) were displayed in the product showroom, with key performance indicators and applicable operating conditions clearly marked. Multilingual signage was installed at key process points in the production workshop to facilitate the clients' quick understanding of the production process.

The Technical Director provided the Spanish clients with a detailed introduction to the company's development history, production capacity, and core technological advantages, emphasizing the application value of mill parts in the mining and metallurgical industries. The client's primary focus during this visit was on mill components. Our team accompanied them on a tour of the molding and core-making, casting and solidification, heat treatment, and finishing workshops. In the foundry, we showed them the double-melting process of high-chromium alloy liners. The client was very satisfied with our production capabilities.

Following the site visit, both parties held in-depth business negotiations in the conference room. The Foreign Trade Director, considering the characteristics of the European market, introduced the company's export service system, emphasizing the ability to optimize product structure design and material selection based on the Spanish client's mining conditions, providing "one-on-one" customized services. During the discussions, the client proactively shared market demand trends for mill components in European mines. Both parties reached a preliminary consensus on cooperation models, pricing systems, and sample production plans. The client indicated they would provide internal evaluation feedback as soon as possible to facilitate the implementation of subsequent cooperation.

This visit and exchange with the Spanish client demonstrated the company's core competitiveness in mill components and its international service capabilities. In the future, the company will continue to focus on technological innovation in wear-resistant materials, strictly adhere to international high-end standards, optimize its customization and export service system, and actively explore the European market with high-quality mill parts and solutions to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results with global customers.
