Today, the manager of a renowned Sri Lankan cement plant and his delegation visited our company. The two sides discussed past achievements and future collaborations. Our company warmly welcomed them, accompanied by our Sales Manager, Ms. Gloria.
During the meeting, Gloria detailed our company's history, technical strengths, and core products, emphasizing our R&D strengths and manufacturing capabilities in wear-resistant materials. The customer highly praised our long-standing supply of crusher hammers, grates, end liners, and preheater hangers, citing the high quality, reasonable pricing, and timely delivery of our hammer heads. They also expressed satisfaction with our service.
Based on the excellent partnership and user feedback, the customer expressed their willingness to expand cooperation, particularly in the areas of ball mill liners, grates, and grinding balls. The cement plant currently has four ball mills, including two raw mills and two cement mills. Parts of these mills require replacement parts, and the customer is currently discussing specific replacement plans and pricing with us.
In response to the customer's needs, Gloria specifically recommended our company's Aobei milling balls. While maintaining the same high hardness and wear resistance as high-chromium balls, these balls offer superior economics and a significant overall cost-performance ratio. Their breakage rate is less than 1%, and their performance is stable and reliable. The customer highly praised their performance and has agreed to a preliminary trial order of 60 tons. Once the results are verified in actual use, they will actively pursue a larger-volume purchase.
