Recently, we were delighted and honored to welcome a distinguished delegation of clients from Thailand. The purpose of their visit was to thoroughly inspect our production base, observe the operation of the production lines, and hold fruitful discussions on future in-depth cooperation models.
Accompanied by our General Manager and core management team, the Thai clients toured the company's core production workshops. Our technical personnel explained the manufacturing processes, production procedures, and quality control system on-site. The delegation frequently stopped to engage in in-depth exchanges with our engineers regarding technical details, production efficiency, and quality control standards, creating a warm and harmonious atmosphere. They examined our finished crusher hammers and wear-resistant liners, giving them high praise. They also discussed product materials with our technical personnel, who introduced their new ceramic composite matrix reinforcement technology: by adding cermet to a traditional high-manganese steel matrix, and through in-situ self-generating technology, a multi-level structural composite material is formed, solving the problem of significant attenuation of wear resistance of high-manganese steel at high temperatures.
Following the tour, both parties moved to the conference room for a constructive business meeting. Our company first provided a detailed overview of our development history, core product advantages, market positioning, and global service case studies to the Thai client. The Thai client representative also introduced their company's business overview, market vision, and specific expectations for product quality and service. Both sides engaged in a comprehensive and in-depth discussion of potential cooperation models, including OEM/ODM manufacturing, customized product development, and long-term supply chain strategic cooperation.
